MONTEREY BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES
Date: December 17, 2012
Present: John Makuc, Peter Kolodziej, Robert Annelli and Stephen Enoch

The meeting began at 4pm
1. FY14 budget: The Board level funded the BOH Salary, Animal Inspector and expenses. A 3% increase is being given to the Board of Health Clerk & Sanitary Inspector. The Board will discuss the remaining line items more at the next meeting. John will contact the VNA about increasing services and how much that would add to the budget.
2. The Board received a solicitation from VIM (Volunteers in Medicine) which prompted a discussion of giving money towards their program to offer service specifically in Monterey similar to how the VNA works now. The Board will investigate this further.
3. The Board worked on the survey questions they found most important in preparation for the town needs assessment.
4. The minutes from 11/5/12 were approved.
5. The next meeting is scheduled for January 7, 2013 at 4pm.
